The rates for the Villa accomodation are as follows:

 

 

Peak (high) Season (November - April):  R2000 - R3000 per night

 

Off Peak (low) Season (May - October):  R800 - R2000 per night

 

A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking and the balance is payable 14 days prior to arrival.  A R5000 breakages deposit is required upon arrival payable in South African Rands, Dollars, Euros or Pounds and will be returned upon leaving the Villa, after deduction of any damages.

Our Cancellation Policy:

1-14 days prior to arrival forfeit 100% of deposit

15 - 28 days prior to arrival forfeit 50% of deposit

29 days or more prior to arrival forfeit 20% of deposit
